Sometimes, I am wondering whether the Civire ladies have a male's facial structure. If you look at the general toons without their hair or with shorter hair and focus on the jaw part, they tend to be a bit manly. Or is it just me that somehow sees it?
Definitely, the Civire face is definitely not "round" unlike Irani Firecam's.
Civire damsels have well pronounced facial bones, you'd expect people like Trinity (Matrix), Scarlett Johansson and 7 of 9 to be Civire.
It gives them a distinguished look and they have well shaped eyes (though not as big as Gallente's), they would be great models IRL. On average they look more sophisticated and intelligent than sensual or sexy imo.
It sometimes takes a while to get them well balanced in sculpturing though and sometimes you just have to be lucky when randomly pulling parts of the face. It's also a bit dependent on how you use the sculptor, there's a lot of non-intuitive functionality like making the chin broader or thinner, moving the cheekbones up and down and such. After doing 6 characters and already playing with the editor on the test server months ago I'm still learning.

Some do, some don't. Jenny Cameron came out very nice and you can't see it at all. I couldn't really avoid it with the look I was going for, though.

You're one of the people whose new portrait still looks like the old one, and you still look very recognizable. I think it's really well done (and not masculine at all)!!
Jenny Cameron is the 1st ever character I made in EVE. I messed up the last creation session because I didn't know you can move your character up- and downwards just by right clicking on the background and dragging!
